Try and rename the InstallShield folder at the time of installing the software. Just remember to not rename it, if you are un-installing
- Try and download the software again
▶ Run an anti-virus scan and disable your anti-virus temporarily. Follow the steps:
- Run an anti-virus scan by using the anti-virus software. Please contact the local IT support if you are not sure how to do this or experience any problems
- If the anti-virus does not find any issues, temporarily disable antivirus software
▶ Register msiexec.exe manually
Click Windows key along with R and then type “msiexec.exe/regserver. Click on OK

▶ Repair Microsoft.NET Framework
